Are tickets guaranteed?
No — ticketing is competitive. We cannot guarantee every attempt, but our speed and experience significantly raise your chances.
Which platforms do you support?
SM Tickets, Ticketmaster PH, Ticketmaster SG, and TicketNet. Just let us know which platform your event is on when you request.
Is this legit and safe?
Yes, 100%. All transactions are confidential. Vouchers go directly into your own account — we never hold your ticket.
How much are the service fees?
Fees vary by event, platform, seat tier, and quantity. All rates are listed in #💳assistance-fees on our Discord.
How long does it take to secure a ticket?
Usually less than 15 minutes if tickets are available on initial drop. It may take 30 minutes or longer depending on availability. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I cancel my request?
Yes, feel free to cancel anytime. Since we operate on a pay-after-success basis, there's nothing to refund. You only pay once we secure your ticket.
Can I request multiple events at once?
Yes! Just open a separate ticket on our Discord for each event. Each request is handled individually.
What payment methods do you accept for the assistance fee?
We accept GCash, Maya, and Bank Transfer. Payment is only collected after we successfully secure your ticket.
What is your assistance fee policy?
The assistance fee covers the time, effort, and resources used to secure your ticket. No refunds on the assistance fee in the following cases:
Account issues caused by the client If your account gets banned, suspended, or loses access due to your own actions. (e.g. repeated login/logout, multiple device access, platform violations). The fee is non-refundable.
Client's personal circumstances changing If you can no longer attend due to schedule conflicts or other personal reasons after the ticket has already been secured, the fee is non-refundable.
Event cancellation or postponement If the event is cancelled or rescheduled after your ticket has been secured, the fee is non-refundable. Ticket refunds (if any) are handled directly by SM Tickets or Ticketmaster PH.
Queue number, section, or seat dissatisfaction Seat assignments and queue numbers are determined randomly by the ticketing platform, not by us. We have no control over which specific seat is assigned. Dissatisfaction with the result is non-refundable.
If we fail to secure your ticket You pay nothing. The fee is only collected upon successful securing.
