What is your assistance fee policy?
The assistance fee covers the time, effort, and resources used to secure your ticket.
No refunds on the assistance fee in the following cases:

Account issues caused by the client
If your account gets banned, suspended, or loses access due to your own actions (e.g. repeated login/logout, multiple device access, platform violations), the fee is non-refundable.

Event cancellation or postponement
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled after your ticket has been secured, the fee is non-refundable.
Ticket refunds (if any) are handled directly by SM Tickets or Ticketmaster PH.

Queue number, section, or seat dissatisfaction
Seat assignments and queue numbers are determined randomly by the ticketing platform, not by us.
We have no control over which specific seat is assigned.
Dissatisfaction with the result is non-refundable.

If we fail to secure your ticket
You pay nothing.
The fee is only collected upon successful securing.
